as i recall, summers in south eastern idaho never last long due to the fact that it is a frozen hell. :) with that i would like to officially say goodbye to our dear, sweet summer as we will not see the sun or feel its warm rays upon our faces for another nine months.
let's recap all the wonderful things that we were able to do this summer:

andy's family was here so we took them to mesa falls

frog legs-we loved these. we also had alligator tail yum yum
chilled-literally-at the beach
and to sum it all up we saw the most beautiful rainbow ever right in our front yard
it was a complete end to end bright and beautiful rainbow.
it made my summer
so as it comes to an end, i can truly say that we did not waste a single day. we went camping, hiking, horseback riding, saw scenery like none other, saw friends and family and ate some awesome food. who could ask for anything more.
so long summer. we will miss you. until next year
